1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User",Player", or "Member") and MrLucky88 (hereinafter referred to as "MrLucky88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at mrlucky88.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content made available therein.

MrLucky88 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated exclusively for the entertainment of eligible users. The Platform offers services including, but not limited to, live casino games, sports wagering, slot games, crash games, and instant-win products, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the MrLucky88 platform, through which all gaming and financial activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total available funds held within a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts, less any wagers placed or withdrawals processed.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, or any other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the MrLucky88 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at mrlucky88.cam.
• "Real Funds" means amounts deposited by the Player via any approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered across eligible games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Platform to confirm the identity, age, and residency of a Player prior to approving withdrawal requests.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia, which is the primary transactional currency of the MrLucky88 platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on MrLucky88, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• The User must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
• The User must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of their jurisdiction;
• The User must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• The User must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion programme, including any national or platform-level gambling exclusion registers;
• The User must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of MrLucky88 or any associated entity;
• The User must be acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party;
• The User must not have had a previously suspended or terminated MrLucky88 account as a result of a Terms violation.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the MrLucky88 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any change to the information provided at registration — including name, email address, or contact details — must be reported to MrLucky88's customer support team promptly.

Players are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials;
• All activity conducted through their account, whether or not authorized by the Player;
• Ensuring that no third party accesses their account;
• Logging out of their account after each session, particularly on shared devices.

MrLucky88 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other unsolicited channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at support@mrlucky88.cam.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

MrLucky88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposit and withdrawal transactions. Approved deposit methods include, but are not limited to, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost (Axiata), GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and supported cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit limit is RM30,000, subject to any limits imposed by the selected payment method. E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically capped at RM5,000 per transaction in accordance with those platforms' own limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being approved;
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically feasible;
• Any active Bonus Funds are subject to their applicable wagering requirements before the resulting balance may be withdrawn;
• MrLucky88 reserves the right to apply standard anti-money laundering checks, which may result in processing delays of up to 48 hours for flaged transactions;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the Player's own verified wallet address only — withdrawals to third-party wallets are not permitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

MrLucky88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and any specific terms published in relation to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

Key general bonus terms applicable across all promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds and are clearly distinguished within the Player's Account balance;
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 35x depending on the specific promotion. Full wagering requirements are disclosed on each individual promotion page;
• The minimum qualifying deposit for most welcome bonuses is RM50;
• Bonus Funds must be used within the stated validity window (typically 30 days from the date of crediting), after which unused bonus amounts will expire and be removed;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player per lifetime. Players who have previously held an account are not eligible for new welcome promotions;
• MrLucky88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Material changes to active bonus terms will be communicated to affected Players via registered email or on-platform notification;
• Birthday bonuses are calculated based on the Player's verified tier at the time of their birthday month. The Player must have made at least one qualifying deposit in the preceding 90 days to be eligible;
• Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited upon the referred Player completing account registration and making a qualifying first deposit. There is no cap on the total number of referrals.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on MrLucky88 — including but not limited to live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other events crash games, and instant-win products — are subject to individual game rules as displayed within each game interface.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules as displayed in-game, the in-game rules shall take precedence in relation to gameplay mechanics. These Terms shall govern all financial, account, and conduct-related matters.

General gameplay conditions:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface prior to play;
• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable, or by real-world outcomes for sports markets;
• MrLucky88 is not liable for losses arising from network interruption, hardware failure, or connectivity issues on the Player's end during an active game session;
• In the event of a game malfunction, rules void, or data transmission error that materially affects the outcome of a game, MrLucky88 reserves the right to void affected round and refund the stake in Real Funds to the Player;
• Live sports betting odds are subject to change up until market closure. Bets confirmed with a valid bet reference number will be honoured at the odds stated at the time of confirmation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following on or in connection with the MrLucky88 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Coluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, wagering patterns, or promotional entitlements;
• Exploiting technical bugs, software errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit discovered must be reported to MrLucky88 immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity in connection with the Platform;
• Attempting to access other Players' accounts, the Platform's backend systems, or any administrative interface;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any part of the Platform;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Acting as an agent or conducting gambling activities on behalf of another person, whether for profit or otherwise.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in, at MrLucky88's sole discretion, immediate account suspension, permanent termination, witholding of balances pending investigation, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, trade names, software, design elements, graphics, text, and other proprietary material displayed on or forming part of the MrLucky88 platform ("Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of MrLucky88 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Intellectual Property without the express prior written consent of MrLucky88.

Any unauthorized use of MrLucky88's Intellectual Property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Malaysian and international law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MrLucky88 shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• The Player's use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes, odds, or displayed information;
• Interruptions, outages, or service unavailability caused by technical issues, maintenance, or external factors beyond MrLucky88's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, whether or not such losses result from the Player's own decisions;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

Where MrLucky88 is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, its aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

MrLucky88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling;
• Requests received under any applicable self-exclusion programme;
• Legal obligation or direction from a competent authority.

A Player may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion. Unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Amendments to Terms

MrLucky88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, no less than 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming compliance standards and the general principles of law applicable to online gaming platforms serving Malaysian-resident users. MrLucky88 is intended for adult entertainment purposes only.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, MrLucky88 encourages Players to first contact our support team to seek a resolution. MrLucky88 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an admission that MrLucky88 is subject to any particular national jurisdiction, nor as a waiver of any jurisdictional claims or defences MrLucky88 may have.
